Speaking

Public Speaking is one of my favorite forms of sharing applicable research insights with large audiences. Working with me, you can expect a speech or webinar that is:

  • Insightful – I’m covering new research results that are explaining WHY things work in the way they are. „Aha” moments guaranteed.
  • Engaging – I’m using multiple forms of engagement during my presentations, so the audience is constantly activated and on the edge of their seats.
  • Practical – I’m designing my speeches with participants reality in mind. Guiding the audience through path from inspiration to application.

Training

You won’t find plural expression of the word 'training’ anywhere on my website, because I believe training is a constant process that we can facilitate with several interventions. The training experiences I design are:

  • Needs driven – Training should be rooted in real needs of participants for the learning to happen. It should be ignited with their curiosity and I dedicate time to achieve that in my processes.
  • Change oriented – Training intervention speeds up the journey of individuals towards their next step in life or career. In my training, I aim at precisely addressing that journey and the road we take together.
  • Evidence based – Back in the days I called it „Training Without Bullshit”. Now I’m less radical, but still just as thorough in choosing references. In my training, participants learn what is proven to work.

Training for Trainers

From my beloved Evidence Based Training, through Efficient, Engaging Webinars, The Neuroscience of Learning and New Media in Education, to entire Training of Trainer programmes. As former Online Training Festival Programme Director and PhD in Training Quality, I have gained multiple insights in how to deliver an effective training that I can share with your trainers to increase learning results they offer.

Advanced Leadership

In each of the managerial responsibilities: motivating, change management, planning, inspiring, providing feedback, handling difficult conversations etc., there are some practices that work and some, that are… not so efficient. In my leadership training, we focus mainly on the ones that work, supporting managers in improving their leadership styles according to their maturity.

Team Development

Every team is unique, and every team has their own dynamic. Yet, each team could benefit from the scientific advancements in the fields of communication, feedback, group dynamics, shared leadership, personality, and character traits. A combination of thorough needs assessment and a crafted workshop is what can bring your unit or department to the next level in collaboration and team spirit.

Self-Directed Learning

We need to learn, re-learn and unlearn more than ever before. To address this challenge, I have developed a training programme focused on key skills of self-directed learners: from self-assessment, through planning, up to building a learning habit, in this training programme we explore each of the 8 most important self-directed learner skills, that were practices by Benjamin Franklin, Jimmy Hendrix and Frida Kahlo among many others.

Gamification

Gamification was my initial PhD topic, but after researching over 100 companies that implemented gamified solutions in their products and processes, I only came to conclusion that the majority of applications misinterpret the true potential of gamification and creates things that have 0 fun in it. To address this, I have designed my own gamification tool, that is successfully used among educators and marketing enthusiasts when they try to produce their outcomes.

I cannot deliver on every single topic, but I know trainers that can, and I know how to build a program that would create an impact you expect. Over the last 8 years, I have explored thousands of different research results. This passion, combined with my own PhD research, helped me to get scientific literacy and ability to bridge science to practice in my learning events.
