Trainer Competencies

First training I delivered happened in 2013. Since then I have spent over 1500 hours in training room. I have graduated three training of trainer programmes with Soft Skills and Entrepreneurship Training of Trainers at University of Lund being one of them.

I aim to continuosly develop my skills and be as close to the field as possible. I attend workshops of other trainers regularly, invite them to supervise my sessions, conduct a research on training efficiency, organise seminars and conferences for trainers under Trainers’ Forum so to have various possibilities to develop my skills and give such possibilities to like minded trainers.

I never deliver the same training twice. Whenever I start new training project I spend majority of preparations reading, listening, learning new things to improve my programme and increase impact my sessions have on trainees.
